Subject: WIP GT/RTT Eldar List 1750

My history:
Long term eldar player, also played a fair amount of AC and GK lists. Eldar's my first army (going on 10 years or so) and was my main 4th edition tourney army and I'm looking to get back to it. It faired well and took 5th (darn) in second round of ard boyz (the first run of 40k ard boyz). Since the change to 5th edition I've been struggling to adapt as it seems the armies taken the shaft in many areas, and my old trip-falcon/fire dragons in each, jetbike build is no longer going to cut it as it was.
Posting this list up here to get some comments and critiques from the serious tourney folks, not looking to change the build entirely, but my eldar collection is sizeable so I have most units available, minus the combat aspects (banshees/scorpions/harlequins) as I've always been more of a eldar solve-it-with-guns player. Just looking for tweaks/suggestions of changes and opinions on its strengths and weaknesses. This is a list I'll be building for a local RTT or possibly for next years GT circuit.
I realize its a bit unorthodox, and I did that on purpose as I'm not too keen on the new fully Mech-Eldar tourney builds I've seen floating around. I'll post up rundowns on what I'll do in general strategy terms, and how I expect it to fair against the various top-tier lists at the end.
Without further ado,
HQ:
Eldrad -210
Troop:
10 x Wraithguard w/Spiritseer -> Conceal -396
4x Guardian Jetbike -151
+1 Warlock on Jetbike, Singing Spear, Embolden
+Shuriken Cannon
4x Guardian Jetbike -151
+1 Warlock on Jetbike, Singing Spear, Embolden
+Shuriken Cannon
10x Dire Avenger -262
+Exarch, Avenger Catapults, Bladestorm
+Waveserpent Transport, Spirit Stones, Twin-Linked Shuriken Catapults
10x Dire Avenger -262
+Exarch, Avenger Catapults, Bladestorm
+Waveserpent Transport, Spirit Stones, Twin-Linked Shuriken Catapults
Heavy Support:
1x Wraithlord -155
+Brightlance, Eldar Missile Launcher
1x Wraithlord -155
+Brightlance, Eldar Missile Launcher
Total: 1742
General Deployment:
-Wraithguard troop unit in a piece of large cover in my deployment zone, you can usually get one piece like this at least, and if its an objective mission toss one of the objectives into it that you place.
-Eldrad deploys with them and is there for fortune and to doom units advancing or to guide the two wraithlords.
-2 Wraithlords are the main Anti-Tank, standing behind the wraithguard they'll recieve a 4+ cover save (wraithguard are half their height, essentially the tyranid tiering strategy to get their mc's cover saves). Eldrad can guide these to give them both two TL'd BS4 AT shots. Can advance in front of the wraithguard if a horde army approaches to use their flamers/act as a speed bump.
-Jetbike squads avoid engaging enemy units, snatch objectives late game, and in missions against enemies with a lot of fire power most likely will not deploy. Singing spears/warlocks there for added AT when needed.
-Dire avenger squads are there for anti-horde obviously, also for swooping onto objectives
---Solid troop unit in the back drop that will be hard to move/shoot/do much of anything to, 4 fast moving scoring units, decent AT in the form of wraithlords.
Problems I foresee:
-Like a lot of eldar armies its a bit small (46 models in 1750)
-Drop podding armies could cause problems, however even podding sternguard with 8 combi meltas will kill 2.5 wraithguard on average (when fortuned in cover, as they will be)
-Ork horde armies fielding a slew of boys 120-200, will give me issues to kill enough fast enough
Thats it, looking for comments/criticisms as harsh as you got em, providing they have a point and aren't flames!

I think you need more anti-tank. 2 lances at 1750 isn't enough (especially if your target is obscured), and MLs don't really cut it anymore because glancing hits suck bad.
That's also a lot of points wrapped up in the jetbikes, for units that are only meant to steal or contest objectives.
Like you mentioned, I also see Orks as being an issue. The Avengers will be hard pressed to handle so many boyz squads, esp. if there's a Mek giving them all cover saves.

Drop podding armies are an issue. Not only, because Sternguard can dish out serious damage when they arrive. But also because drop pods can land on objectives and you will eventually have a hard time to clear those objectives. Remember that Dreads are tougher in the new ed.

Thanks for the comments folks, couple responses, and to the previous (and future posters) do you have any proposed changes or tweaks to handle these situations?
Anti Tank: Keep in mind my wraithlords are my only LONG-RANGE AT, however at shortrange I still have 10 wraithcannons (perfect for pods, podding dreadnaughts, etc) which are arguably the best tank busting gun in the game. Also, the jetbike squads have a str 9 spear in each, which although one shot, does help in situations where I'm facing vehicles a plenty.
Drop Sternguard: An issue for sure, although working out the numbers, even 30 dropping sternguard with 8 combi meltas a squad would only kill 8.something wraithguard, not too bad when 1000 points drops and unloads into ~500.
To be honest, I havent found a good solution as an eldar player to pod armies, we lack any sort of "anti-deepstrike" such as marines teleport jamming speeder (if I remember my quick glance at the new codex) or the 2 mystics and an inquisitor in a vehicle combo seen in most lists nowadays. On top of this our troops are typically fragile, and don't do well against the initial big boom of a drop armies arrival.
Just some thoughts, love to hear more critiques

Well, a mech army with all units mounted in Serpents or Falcons is rather immune against drop podding armies.

How is a mech army immune to drop pod armies?
Even if you remain off the board on turn 1, the other half of their pods will come on around your tanks, and given pods not-dying-to-deepstrike, they're going to be getting lots of back shots with combimeltas, plasma, etc

Try it and you will see. Eldar skimmers are more vulnerable vs cc than vs shooting.
Meltas are just missile launchers vs Serpents.

I have tried it. Meltas are missile launchers to serpents. When they decide for some reason to drop in front of your tank instead of behind it where the should be.
Eldar skimmers are vulnerable to both. They're only AV12.

Well, against drop podders you better bunch up the Serpents.
If you start the game, then the Serpents should move fast so that they get a cover save.
Then halve of the enemy drop pods arrive. They will hardly take down more than one Serpent. So what's the problem?
