Points on the Scouts are wrong, each squad should have 15 pts more.

Instead of Tigurius, take Kantor. Stick him in a pod with a Sternguard unit, and you get two more mobile scoring units. Right now, It looks like a very static scoring army. I have doubts about your ability to claim/contest objectives.

I'd suggest slashing a bike squad, take a full tactical squad, and put Kantor and the squad in a pod. Why do you have 3 Locator beacons? 2, as insurance is the most I would take.

Why? 75 + 10(hb) + 15(cloaks) = 100

Tigurius gives to me re-roll reserve rolls. I need it. Also I wish to keep the combat tactics. And ... it is a psyker with any powers.

I don't know which sternguard squad I'll deploy first. It depends on the opponent.

And ... maybe rockets for scouts will be better instead of HBs(speeders, light walkers at the horizon)?

Yes, Tigurius works and works very well. It completely justifies the points and game is full of a variety and adventures.

It works against the majority of average roasters. But it is bad against brainless power rosters like {2 LRs, 9 Typhoons, 2Razor(LC); Total - (Tigurius, 6 tl-lc, 5 multimeltas, 19 rockets => 19 blasts for anti-troops)} . Against them I wish to try something similar:
