I use one tool only for all of the battle damage, cutting, and green stuff work.... my good old handy dandy x-acto knife. For the helmet, I just wedged the tip into the helmet and began twisting the knife around until a decent chunk was cut out.

The plague walker looks phenomenal.

How did you get it to balance so well?

the legs are from an armored core model and are meant to be poseable, making it easy to balence...

deciding if I should make a base for the model or not...

Still looking great! Any idea on paint scheme or and test paints in the pipe?

I recently went out and got some new paint, planning on doing the nurgley flesh green and have all of the weapons and armor rusted. Going to try and follow the painting rust guide in an old white dwarf and see how that goes...

here comes number 2.... going to make this one all haggard looking instead of bloated.

Hmm if you would sculpt them totally from scratch (as in no GW bits) you could perhaps have them cast...

I wish I was good enough to do that..
Added a belt/cloth type thing on the first plague bearer last night... really helps the model out alot I think, plus he's no long naked any more..ahah
I'll get some new pics up later tonight..

sorry for worse than normal pics, also hard to see the new belt since everything is all green, hopefully it will come out better when its all painted.
Still havn't finished the other arm as I am waiting for the Codex Daemon codex to come in the mail just to make sure I don't need to add anything.
