Curious if anyone is using this game book? If so what are thoughts around it? I'm pretty sure it takes a lot of terrain, but wondering what are the pro's and con's. My local gaming club may be interested in trying this out.

I'm quite fond of cities of death, butthen, I can do a 6x4 city board with 50% terrain using my own collection. Yes, it does take a lot of terrain, and if you only use GW CoD terrain, it will bankrupt smaller countries.

There are issues with it - several rules have changed (BRB interactions). There is a doc file somewhere listing the changes and how to integrate 5th ed with it.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

I've used it a few times for various reasons. It is fun and enhances the game. I would use it any time I'm fighting in an urban area.

COD is great. It can work as written with 5th ed, but it has some 4th concepts built into it. Check out this article I wrote with unofficial updates.
