Subject: Seeking advice on Raptors

This seems like the best place to put this question. If your Nurgle-themed Chaos army had 196 pts left to spend on a Raptor squad, how would you configure them? The only icons I'm considering are Nurgle and Chaos Glory.
6 Nurgle Icon Raptors, with 2 Melta Guns,
7 Glory Icon Raptors, with 2 Melta Guns, inc Champion
7 Glory Icon Raptors, with 2 Flamers, inc Champion with Power Weapon and Meltabombs
5 Nurgle Icon Raptors, inc Champion with PowerFist (or Dual Claws) and Meltabombs
7 Glory Icon Raptors, inc Champion with PowerFist (or Dual Claws) and Meltabombs
Anything here strike you as significantly better, or am I just obsessing too much?
In play, I don't know whether I should be trying to keep them out of CC or not.

Well, I played an EC army in several tourneys and used Raptors with IoGC, 2 meltas, and AC with power weapon. However, I found that Termies work much better.
7 Glory Icon Raptors, with 2 Melta Guns, inc Champion
This is a reasonable configuration. Keep them out of cc if possible.

I like the 6 nurgle raptors w/ 2 melta guns. Send them vehicle hunting, keep them out of combat. The extra toughness will help them against small arms fire.

to the OP:
it depends what you want them to do in your army. are they fast anti-tank, fast anti-horde or fast combat? provisionally i would say 7 Glory Icon Raptors, with 2 Melta Guns, inc Champion, but i would be able to give better help if i saw your list.
raptors should ideally be taken in big squads to spread the cost of that icon around, but with only a small amount of points to spend on them, there isnt much you can do.
