I really, really like that suit. The paint job is absolutely fantastic, and might I say the first truly deserving Slayer Sword winner I've seen in quite some time!

The Eldar seems to be just layering on a massive level. Can be difficult, but that suit looks completely REAL. I haven't seen something look that real for a miniature in a LONG time.

The Battle suit is nice - but no better or worse than a lot of this years slayer sword winners.
I admire ANYONE that can paint at this level.
Congrats to the winner! Nice model!

Yeah, cuz it's blurry that eldar might have more visible layers without the fuzziness.
I'm also glad that a Tau model FINALLY gets a Slayer sword. Usually Tau gets looked over because it's too plain and when they're freehanded over it's considered "un-Tau like" so they lose background/fluff points.

The Eldar is flawless, but the Crisis suit has lovely attention to detail, great lighting effects and a nice posing.

Nice conversion on the crisis suit. I love the subtle changes to the proportions.

Beautiful models all round, but those black shoes on the eldar seem wrong to me. Just a thought. Maybe it's because I hate black shoes in real life.

The Eldar is very nice indeed.
But *WOW*, that Crisis suit is amazing. Fixing it's proportions is a big enough achivement in and of itself, but the paint job is so subtle and amazing I'm in awe.
Big props to the Squig rider that came second in the WFB medium miniature too.

Agreed. Well painted but the black wasn't distributed right. If the boobs and crotch were black, it would harmonize better.
