I just think about boosting lootas poor leadership by puting mek with bosspole (and boospole only) with them. What do you think about it? My list:

2*30 shoota boyz
2*20 slugga boyz
11 lootas
16 stormboyz
warboss on foot
mek with KFF
13 grots (to keep my objective)
1500 pts

I want to take out warboss and use lnext list:

3*30 shoota boyz
20 slugga boyz
12 lootas+mek with bosspole
16 stormboyz
mek with KFF
13 grots

Dreadmob
w-l-d
15-16-10
Alfa legion
7-5-3

Give him a SAG if you can, or if you want to ONLY give him the bosspole then use your left over points to buy more Loota's.

i think he means an upgrade mek, not a big mek.

you deal with lootas poor Ld by taking big squads of them. 11+ and theyre fearless. you dont have to start worrying until they get down to 7 and by that point another loota would probably have done you better.

taking up the mission

If we were to play each other in a tournament, not only would I table you, I would murder you, your family, every woman you ever loved and burn down your house. I mean, what's the point in winning if you allow people that don't take the game seriously to live?

I'm confused - a loota mob mek can't be given a bosspole, and a big mek would use another HQ slot which you don't have (and it seems a waste of points to use a big mek just to carry a bosspole anyway)

Why take a mek period? More lootas mean more str7 D3 fun.

Agreed. And why take somebody that wants to bring a gun that blows up?

because the gun that blows up had killed an entire squad of termies on the previous turn.

why not?

seems to me that the SAG perfectly compliments a loota heavy list.
