for each new space marine 'chapter master' special character there is a rule that allows them to switch their combat tactics for another ability.

the regular wording of this text states that if you have more than one chapter master/ability, "choose which version will apply."

if i must 'choose which version will apply' i must technically choose either one or the other of the chapter master abilities to replace combat tactics.

korsarro khan's ability says "choose which will apply."

if i get to 'choose which will apply' i can technically get both his outflank ability as well as another ability.

obviously it's just a typo and not the intention of the rules, but regardless of that you couldn't exploit the typo in this case because it has to interact with one of the other characters that doesn't have it, you don't get to say "I'm applying kor'sarro khans wording" because you still meet the requirements for the other one, which is more than one special character with the chapter tactics rule.

You have to apply chapter tactics in a way that mutually satisfies both special characters, and this cannot be done if you try and apply two bonuses, not to mention kor'sarro khan's chapter tactics makes all units trade Combat Tactics which would mean you no longer have Combat Tactics and can no longer trade it in to make use of another special rule.
