Ideally the librarian will teleport around with the sternguard, but I was also considering switching to regular termies and therefore having the possibility to use gate of infinity with them. The tac squad without a transport will most likely use the empty landraider.

Would it be worthwhile to switch out the librarian for Pedro, and then drop a tac squad, up the sternguard #'s, and add a dread? I'm not sure I want to sacrafice the anti lash capability of the librarian.

I think you're seriuosly lacking in Str8 weaponry, and anit-tank in general. All is see as a threat to vehicles is the Vindicator, the Sternguard, and possibly the Land Raider.

Assault Terminators are much better than their regular counterparts, as they are your counter to TMCs and Nob Bikers.

With the number of vehicles you have, and the fact that you are podding in a couple of units, I'm not sure you need more anti-lash. The units you have that will really hurt your chaos opponent either deepstrike or are vehicles.
