Having never made one, I struggled as to what to put in there. This is what I came up with. I like biovores too much not to put them in.
Hive Tyrant: Enhanced Senses, Extended Carapace, Flesh Hooks, Toxin Sacs, Scything Talons, Venom Cannon = 174 points. 174 Points
Flyrant: Adrenal Gland (WS), Bio-plasma, Flesh Hooks, Implant Attack, Toxin Sacs, Winged, Lash Whip and Bonesword, Scything Talons, Warp Blast = 198 points. 372 Points
15 Gaunts: Toxin Sacs, Devourer = 10 points each, 100 for brood. 472 Points
15 Gaunts: Toxin Sacs, Devourer = 10 points each, 100 for brood. 572 Points
WhipFex: Adrenal Gland (WS), Spine Banks, Lash Whip, Scything Talons = 112 points. 784 Points
DakkaFex: Enhanced Senses, Twin-linked Devourer x2 = 113 points. 897 Points
Screamer Killer: Adrenal Gland (WS), Bio-plasma, Scything Talons x2 = 113 points. 1010 Points
CrusherFex: Adrenal Gland (WS), Adrenal Gland (I), Bonded Exoskeleton, Extended Carapace, Regenerate, Reinforced Chitin, Spine Banks, Toxin Sacs, Tusked, Crushing Claws, Scything Talons = 224 points. 1234 Points
GunFex: Enhanced Senses, Spine Banks, Barbed Strangler, Venom Cannon = 153 points. 1387 Points
2 Biovores: Bio Acid Mines = 55 points each, 110 for brood.
1497 Points

One comment on formatting, might want to just put the total at the end (rather than totalling after each unit), it will make it easier to read and also make the list easier to modify, rather than having to re-add multiple totals along the way.
I REALLY like that you don't have any duplicate fexes. Makes 'em a lot more fun and confusing to your opponent that way (since unless he plays nids, he might not know which ones to shoot first when, etc). To me, the flyrant seems kind of out of place, if he gets ahead of the rest of the big bugs, he's going to be shot/torn to pieces anyway. To me giving him some tyrant guard and walking him makes more sense with the list.
As it is, if he's not hanging with those gaunts, your opponent might just take down your back tyrant and take down 3 birds with one stone, since you don't have synapse anywhere else (unless I'm missing something).
Alternatively, you could keep the flyrant but your walking tyrant could still use some tyrant guard, for the same reason... he needs to stay alive or else the gaunts aren't going to do anything at all, and you can't claim objectives without them (at least in this list)!!!

The reason for the totals is that is how I make my lists. I type them out and add it up as I am doing it to keep track easier. Plus, it's less paperwork at the time.
For synapse, I will probably put a wall of FEX in front of the walking tyrant, and a wall of Gaunts in front of the Fexes.
It will be very compact and start on one side of the board to isolate a edge unit and get on the flanks. The Flyrant will probably be a reserve unit to react to the enemy. If I need the synapse back over by the fexes, it deep strikes there. If I think I can get another turn out of the other tyrant, it drops on someone's head and scare the bejeezus out of the rest of his force.

You don't need Synapse over Fex's they're fearless units and thus can never Lurk.

Carnifexes ARE subject to Instinctive Behavior. Just because they can't lurk doesn't mean they won't fall back towards the nearest Synapse Creature like a little whiny

Negative, you need to read the FAQ. It states:
That if a unit begins its movement phase more than a foot away from a Synapse Creature, AND THAT UNIT IS NOT FEARLESS, falling back or already locked in HtH combat, it will revert to Instinctive Behavior.
Meaning a fearless creature WILL NOT USE Instinctive Behavior special rules.

Where exactly is the official FAQ? Link would be nice, or a decent explanation.
If you say " GW's site" I will slap you with a cold squid.

Okay, If you download the PDF it says:
"Page 28 – Instinctive Behaviour, second paragraph. The first sentence should be changed as follows:
If all models in a Tyranid brood begin theirMovement phase more than 12” away from a Synapse Creature, and that unit is not Fearless, falling back or already in combat, it will revert to Instinctive Behaviour."
I don't know why you would ask someone to find it and then insult them when they give you the answer. If you aren't going to play by GW rules, then why don't we all start changing everything officially to where it suits us best? Also, think about it, if what you are saying is true, then Lictors would have to resort to instictive behavior which would make them even less useful than they already are (but that's another story). I'm not trying to be mean but you are asking people to get an answer other than from the people that created the game. Even if their rules can sometimes be misleading and not make any sense (lictors and difficult terrain tests) we still all play by them.
btw, I like the list.

Ah, I see my tone has you confused. I am relatively new to 40K, I have never SEEN the official FAQ, no one has successfully pointed it out to me. I was actually told by another player (who runs events) that Fexes were subject to IB. Since the description of Synapse in the codex leaves no indication they are not, and he is a "well versed 40K player," I saw no reason not to believe him. Make more sense now?
As for Lictors, I agree. I only use them to get that re-roll on Reserves. I should probably stop since it never seems to help...

I'm sorry to say, but I'm at work. I have the FAQ saved on the Hard-drive, but my works anti-fun internet blocks, block me from the Official GW website, but it is on their site. Because that's the only place that I know of where you can get it.
Sorry I can't be more specific or give you a direct link.

PREPARE FOR THE SQUID!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just kidding.
MAYBE!
I'll go try to find it. After a mildly annoying search, I have found it. It also occurs to me that many people asking the questions may in fact, be very dumb. :S

ill go ahead and point out that 15 gaunts at 10pts each would be 150 not 100. and you are alll over the map with your fexes, 2 variations is enough, all 5 different load outs means they wont work well together. and if your opponent stays away from the crusher thats a huge point sink doing nada. your crusher fex could get you 2 for 1 if you make it a "screamer killer" and 2 fexes are always better then one. i like the whip fex its a good marine IC killer, but against most other things it will have issues. i like the idea, but at 1500 you are going to have to table your opponent with this army to win. 30 gaunts will die quick to anyone who knows that only troops hold objectives when 66% of all games are objective based. that said, 2/3 strangler enh sence talon fexes plus 2/3 dual talon CC fexes would work. and get shadow in the warp on your tyrants it messes with eldar and dual lash chaos. give your walking tyrant some guard before it gets plastered. and with all the points you save add more little bugs. keep the biovores if you must. they suck though

True, I just didn't change the point cost on the end. Math still works out.

Perhaps. But in the end I have 3 CC fexes and 2 ranged ones. How they exactly work in CC isn't as much of an issue. Besides, it's easier to confuse people this way. Also, the Crusher is a big sink because It is the main enemy destroyer in CC. I will put the other two CC variants in front of it to give it a cover save if it needs it.
I am not a fan of the standard Screamer Killer. I have astoundingly bad luck with it. In the 3 times I have used an base SK, it has never even gotten a single attack in on the enemy. EVER. So I shy away from standard SKs a little. I also can't put another Fex in there because that would give me 4 Heavy Support choices.
i like the idea, but at 1500 you are going to have to table your opponent with this army to win. 30 gaunts will die quick to anyone who knows that only troops hold objectives when 66% of all games are objective based.
I will hope that the charging Carnifexes will take their mind off of them for a turn or so.
that said, 2/3 strangler enh sence talon fexes plus 2/3 dual talon CC fexes would work. and get shadow in the warp on your tyrants it messes with eldar and dual lash chaos. give your walking tyrant some guard before it gets plastered. and with all the points you save add more little bugs. keep the biovores if you must. they suck though
I only have 3 opponents I play: Marines, Tau, and Chaos. I'm not that worried about overcoming Eldar or Chaos Warp Powers because the opponent tends to just Terminator spam me. The Biovores are a nice ranged combat support that can do good damage to even a Marine squad at long range. It's the only way to get AP 3 on the board...

for objective based missions you could change the gaunts to fleshborer armed WoN termagants, they are a point cheaper and can then keep comin back for the objectives.
I dont really see the point of the lashfex. I just cant see his purpose. Why not make him another dakka fex for 1 point more.
I can also see the flyrant not being much use in this particular list. I personally would replace him him with either some warriors (more synapse for little guys) or give the other tyrant some guard so he stays alive a lot longer.
I think that fexes are much more cost efficient at range...but some cc is a necessary counter for some very fast assault armies. I think 2 fexes is enough to do the job whilst the rest blast the enemy at a distance.
Hope this helps.

I have not used it yet. Since I tend to play a majority of Marines, the more CC I get the better chances I should have since tyranids are singularly incapable of defeating power armor by shooting alone.
It can't do any WORSE than when I normally fight Marines...

This is very true, Marines can be a pain for my 'nids, especially if they range me, its irritating. But with the new run rules for all units, its now easier for me to close the gap.

Let's pretend Carnifex's were subject to IB. You say they want to do something, they roll Leadership, they pass the test automatically because they're Fearless.

Which is the reason the FAQ made an errata to the rules from the codex so that that point was made absolutely clear for all.

Umm no. When Carnifexes were subject to IB (back in 4ed, before the new 5ed FAQ) it was not moot.
Fearless models do not automatically pass Leadership tests, the automatically pass Morale tests. IB is a Leadership test, not a Morale test, thus Carnifxes were subject to them.
However fearless models never fall back, so if a Carnifex failed a test, it simply didn't get to move.
It is no longer an issue in 5ed though since the new FAQ was released back in July. I would suggest you inform the TOs in your area to print out and go over then new FAQs, because there's a number of suprises like this one.
As far as the OT, I do not like the list at all. It is all over the map, lacks solid synapse for your only scoring units, and it doesn't have the killing power to rely on two gaunt squads to do the scoring.
