The serpents should have either lances or scatter lasers. The starcannons are a waste of points with everything and its mom getting cover. The lasers are better at taking out light vehicles than the starcannon and the lance is able to drop heavy vehicles in a pinch. I'm also not convinced you need to spend the points on spirit stoones for your tanks. only 1 in 6 results on the damage table leave you stunned now.

The pathfinders don't fit the list and they're a liability. I know it sounds like a good idea to sit them on an objective and take your 2+ cover save, but they're not mobile. They'll get run over by close combat units because, unlike your other units, they can't run away. There are also way to many weapons that ignore cover. As people get more used to 5th edition rules, they seem to be showing up a lot more. Try guardian jetbikes instead. They're mobile, can mount shuri-cannons and most of the weapons that ignore their armor save will be too busy trying to shoot down your tanks to bother with them. They can also make a grab for an objective on the last turn from 24" out.

If memory serves, you add a warlock for 45 (includes the bike) and buy him a power from there. Enchance is a good one if you plan on using them as a battering ram at times, but don't discount taking embolden. A re-rollable 8 LD makes them very difficult to get rid of. It can help make sure they'll be around for a last turn objective grab. The best choice will depend on your play style.

Your list is a lot like my updated Eldar for 5th edition. You'll have to be careful in KP missions. You have a ton in the list.

The seer council on bikes is a nasty unit, but extremely expensive. You really need to design your army around them if you want to run that unit. What you might want to consider is a seer council in a serpent. I'd personally drop the harlequins, put the fire dragons in the falcon, and mount the warlocks in the empty serpent. You lose the speed of the harlequins (ignore terrain) but a gain a much more durable unit that can be equally dangerous in combat. You will need to buy fortune for your farseer if you go that route. The downside is the points cost, but it's actually the army I run with great success so far.

You save about 30 pts by putting them in a WS but warlocks on bikes have 4T and 3+ (re-rollable with fortune) armor save which is so much nicer than 4+, makes them excessively durable since they still can use the Invul yet have double the movement

I would say put the dragons in the Falvon, up the Harlies and run them up the board.

Looks fun though.

I've never bought harlie models since I started playing Eldar after 5th... they seem too fragile.

Arctik- I understand how it can seem like that, but go read the shadow seer. Also they have a 5+ invuln which actually works out sometimes.

WS 5 you usually get them into combat and they make up their points.

Only gakky thing is 5th f+cked rending.

I'd stay away from the Council at the 1750 pts level. Its are hugh point sink.
Small squads don't cut it. Stay with the 6 men Guardian squad.
Is the Farseer going with a DA squad?

Best way around this is dooming the unit the harlies are going after. Gives you a few extra shots at rending. The harlies on foot aren't a bad idea. Their mobile enough to move around if you're lucky with the fleets and the veil gives them a good chance of only getting shot at one turn before they ninja some poor unit. The key is to use them on isolated parts of the enemy army so they don't get a chance to torrent of fire them. Huh... sounds like the way you have to use 99% of the eldar army. Must be a theme or something.

Stick with 6 guardians plus the warlock. Squads of three may be a little more flexible tactically, but their much less durable. You'd also be adding another kill point to a list that's already jam packed with them.
