A joke we made at the story turned in a debate. There is a ladder on the side of a landraider. Units can climb ladders on buildings, so can they on vehicals. Then once your squad is on the top of the landraider, can you units "surf" on it, moving with the landraider while on top of it? Any insight would be great. Also, if the answer is no, please explain why.

Heh, a long time ago they used to have rhino marines. They were marines you could stick to the front and sides of your rhinos. Looked cool.

The longer answer is vehicles are not buildings nor are they even terrain untill they are destroyed, so the reference to ladders doesn't apply to landraiders that are not destroyed. Secondly, models (non-terrain) may not occupy the same space per the BRB. Therefore, you may not move models ontop of a vehicle that is not destroyed. Thirdly, transportation is covered in the BRB under Transports.

Heh... I thought he meant the squad embarked in the tank were surfing. Definitely another squad cannot catch a wave do to speak by mounting the top of the landraider.
