lol im using a loota gun for the gun saw of the front part to make it shorter another thing is i need some kind of modeling clay does any body have suggestions?

I'd be tempted to keep the SAG the same scale as it should be.
Think about:
A)giving it tracks for more of a seated mobile gun turret feel.

B)Giving the grot mega armour of sorts so that he could actually lift it.

I think the reason people have not been posting is that your idea is currently in embryo. Many of the posters on this site have dozens of these kind of ideas/daydreams each day. Now that you are starting to flesh your idea out you should get a better response.

It should be interesting, But I second Alex; you ought to keep the sag to scale and make adjustments from there. I personally think it would look really cool as a seated gun on wheels w/ a cage to hold the snotlings it will fire.

Also its a good idea to keep in mind, if this is for gaming purposes, to make sure it is not too far a stretch from the original model. Making a model smaller that the available will make some player call cheat.

I think if the SAG is held by a grot and shoots orks you have a real winner.

Have him riding a giant cave squig chasing after Orks to shoot out of his comically oversized shokk attack gun, and you have an even bigger winner.

Consider having three grots standing on each other's shoulders wearing a large coat and a mask, trying to pretend to be a full size mek.

Next time try waiting more than 2 hours before complaining that no body is posting...especially when that two hours is from 4am to 6am...not many people online that time of day...

I agree with Joyous. There are certain times of the day that NO ONE is online. I do really like the idea of this thought, it'd be such a quirky model to see dossing around in the ranks of an Ork horde. I totally agree with Power Armouring him, so he could actually lift it, or making it more of a mobile platform, or, alternatively, you could make it a team of gretchins/grots, lugging it around, so they could each be lifting different parts of the weapon. Shooting orks out of the SAG would make an amusing diorama, with running/screaming orks and grinning grots dealing out some payback.

well i had to go in bed in a few minutes so i was hoping for a post thats all instead of shooting grots i might do bomb squids or sumting i mwean hes just a little bigger than grots also i like the idea of treads with but mega armuor is not treallly for a mek im gonna give him a robotic arm instead

actually im making it bigger so theyll be thanking me if anything

I still really like the ideas of three grots on eachothers shoulders...or give him stilts!

The three-grot idea sounds pretty easy, actually. Especially if he's wearing a coat, then it's just a few heads sticking out of some green stuff!

Having them convincingly carry a large weapon is a little more difficult to conceptualise.

right now my models is at my friends house so i havent been able to do anything but i could do 3 gretchin on shoulders but wat about the arms Im all for it but the arms!!!! stilts or what
