I'm looking to start up a WoC army for whfb, based on the trolls. I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas for converting something out of other plastic bits from somewhere, as it seems like it's either going to be time consuming (e-bay) or expensive (GW) to get buy enough trolls.

If you don't mind the models (which I do) ogres seem like a good place to start!

You may be able to use chaos spawn, perhaps with orc or chaos warrior heads but that wouldn't be very cheap either!!!!
