Subject: CSM Bikes and Terminators: What Mark to Take?

Title says all. I think the toughness stacks with the bikes, so t6 turbo boosting bikes would be mean. But then there's also the mark of khorne. 4 attacks on the charge.
Same with terminators. I figured a few twin lightening claws, with champion upgrade and mark of khorne would tear it up. but t5 termies are good also.
Opinions?

Attacks may be cool, but there's just something about "plasma wounds on a 3+" that makes nurgle bikers too cool to pass up.
Same goes for terminators. Yes an extra attack is cool, but remember it's going at the same time as you meaning no matter how many of those guys you kill you're still going to take a wackload of saves and possibly lose a few termies. Toughness 5 terminators means that MEQs are wounding on 5s, guants on what 6s? and THEN you get your 2+ save. Survivability > striking power in the end right.
My buddy fielded a unit of kitted out khorne terminators once (note just once). They jumped out of their rhino, shredded a guard squad, then took fire from his entire army and died. Lasguns wounding on 6's rather than 5's means half as many saves would have been taken, and more likely would have survived.

Well, Bikers and Termies are rather expensive. I'd give them the IoGC for increased staying power.

Depends on how you use the termies:
Decoys to suck up fire: Nurgle or Tzeentch
Assault Squad: Khorne or Slaanesh
Speed Bump: Slaanesh (or Nurgle for the tar pit)

I have 5 Khorne termies with claws, and they killed a SM termie chaplain and his 7 termies, but got killed doing it by still having the same Initiative. Models are beautiful though...
T5 is awesome, but 50pts is rough with only 5 models. get 10, deepstrike them and spread that icon. FW kits are great looking too.
I'm currently trying Slaanesh termies with claws to get the jump, but the guy who played SM's moved away, bummer. They ussually always wreck marines and eldar, but against orks and nids(what I play against now) there's not really a need for I5.
Can't go wrong with IOCG for the cost.

I believe the vehicle that he used was a LR not a rhino
T6 bikers are nice but for STR8+ weapons the biker still gets instant killed. On the charge biker gets 2 attacks, they dont get the +1A for pistol and sword b/c they have to hold on to the bike. They are only good for contesting objectives first turn. Add some LD and you have a nice way of holding an obj 2nd turn.

Terminators doesnt benefit that much of the T since they really fear plasma or eqvivalent so it doesnt help against that. Tzeentch if you want more survivability, but it only becomes worth it if you have lots of them.
If you have 5 or less the point for the icon = an additional terminator instead.
