I go back home in a little over a week for Xmas break from college and wish to strip my old plastic marines and repaint them as Salamanders, but I have no idea how to get that nice green color that GW has as the established color. If anyone knows how to paint that scheme, or one very similar and could possibly post pics it would be greatly appreciated.

Add a bit of yellow to the snot green to do your highlights.. Or, if you still have it, some scorption green will work for the highlights.

I've seen a Salamander army painted fast and nice and I asked the owner how he did it. He said:

1) Prime black
2) Basecoat Knarloc Green
3) Basecoat Snot Green
4) Drybrush Scorpion Green
5) Wash Thraka Green
