Vulkan is not a Captain, so no CS

Id drop the WW and vindie for more transports

Dread with multimelta, HF and pod would be a better buy at 150 points

Use the assault ramp on the redeemer, assault marines with a fist would be effective

A single Landraider asks for getting smoked early in the game. I'd drop it for another Vindicator and a second Dread geared towards cc.
To use Vulkan, give one Tactical (incl. Sergeant with powerfist) a Rhino.
