Hey, I'm new, and have been pestering boards CONSTANTLY for ideas for painting, army units to buy etc... I'm about to commit to a nice small space marine army, and one of my biggest hopes for this game is painting some very nice models. I want to get a nice work space going, but I literally have to build from the ground up. I need suggestions for EVERYTHING I'll need from start to finish...

My city has a michaels and a wal-mart available, but no major game/hobby stores except for Vermont Toy and Hobby if anyone is firmiliar. I haven't been in there very much, so I don't know what they are like, but it's not a very game-heavy environment.

So right now I have planned...

Several brushes... don't know exactly what sizes or kinds I'll need, but I can find them at Michaels...
exacto knives, clippers, files, and other modelling tools at michaels...
mat varnish michaels
Krylon flat black primer at wal-mart...

And I've decided on Vallejo paints. I just need to know where I can buy these. I have a large range of colors I need, so I need a place with pretty much all of the colors in stock.

I also need a reccomendation for the best kind of glue, and where I should buy it...

Also, I want some green stuff and a place to get textured plasticard, because I have a specific base idea I want to pursue.

Edit: I could also use a jar or tub of basing gravel/sand to compliment my destroyed city-scape bases.

Anything else you can reccomend to complete my basic work station?

And a coffee machine.
And a computer for inspiration.
And a digicamera/lightbox setup.
And a sink.
And loads of shelves for the junk you willl aquire.
And loads of drawers for the junk you willl aquire.
