I'm considering doing an Empire army and was wondering what the colour schemes for the abandoned/disbanded provinces looked like especially Suddenland or Solland.

Sudenland is now Solland anyway, and the place got destroyed by Gorbad, so I imagine they wouldn't have any real army anymore. Solland is officially part of Wissenland, so I assume that any surviving troops would be integrated into Wissenland's armies.
