hello 1 and all, i am in currently looking for anyone who lives in upstate New york, around the Utica and New Hartford area who is interested in playing some 40k, feel free to contact me either through email or Yahoo IM, i will be waiting to hear from you all, and i do have a rather large army haven't gone over all of the points but i know its over 4,000 easy so big games are welcome as are smaller games, well i hope this works see you all around

There was a fairly decent sized group in Syracuse. The store, whose name escapes me, had a pretty large gaming area and carried a large variety of games.

There was also a decent group in Watertown which supported the guys out of Ft Drum. Unfortunately, their size could fluctuate based on deployments. Smallest shop I ever went in, but he had tables in the garage to play on.

Not quite what you were looking for, but it might help.
