Often wondered about this. Theres no mention of it in the rulebook so...
Can a Chaos Lord use his Daemon weapon while riding a bike?
Its two-handed, but nowhere under the Rules for Bikes does it mention that this is a problem, and Two handed weapons aren't mentioned at all. is there an official ruling, does it mention in a different rulebook?

Rule of thumb of 40k is that if it's a cool looking model, use "Counts As". 
Don't let a cool idea go unused.

Anyways, lazy get of a demon lord... Ofcource he can (for most of the time) wield his weapon in one hand and ride the bike with the other... Hes sitting down!
Just dont make em like they used to. I agree with trooper, basically.
