Can Dreadnaughts and Monstrous Creatures Run!. Or only units of Infantry.
If Defilers can Fleet it would stand to reason they could also Run!.

Since the Dreads and monsterous creatures move as infantry, they can run

Summary of run rules in order
Units may run (it doesn't say infantry does it? - I could be wrong here as I'm doing that 'make rulings from memory' thing which so often goes poorly)
Bikes may not
Jetbikes may not
Artillery may not
Vehicles may not unless they are walkers
Therefore, MCs and Walkers are good to go.

So can Autarchs fleet if they are on a bike?
If you can't run with a bike, then can you fleet or no?
I would think not since fleet is nothing more than running and having the ability to assault later.

"No."
And neither can Jetbike councils.

Fleet only changes what you can do after you run.
If you cannot run, it is moot.

Think of that particular instance as a ridiculous oversight in 4th that 5th has closed up nicely

Being able to Fleet, without being able to Run, is meaningless.
