! woot im excited and exhausted from smelling the plastic glue fume .

This is my first time giving a serious attempt towards hopefully completing an army.
Dec 19th 08 - Finally finished gluing and some what trimming the mold lines...
20 marauder still left on sprue but i wont be touching it till i get the latest edition chaos army book.

Disappointingly my paint set failed to show up with the army so i'll have to sit here and wait till January ish :_:
its ok i guess! i'll think of a color scheme to make them happy ^-^v

Here is group shot of my *Hammer:
3 units of 15 marauder with flail , 5 chaos knights.

And here is the rest:
2 units of 20 Marauder with shield, 12 chaos warrior with extra weapon , 10 chaos hounds.

And a interesting pic of my miniature shelf where i keep my precious sushi o_-

as you can see the new plastic miniatures have a darker shade. This new mixture is alot tougher then the older lighter grey ones.
I think GW started to use the new mix en mass around the introduction of LoTR minatures .

Hard to tell if you have done any conversions but a solid start by the look of it!
Get basing and priming and get some movement trays built whilst you are waiting for paints!!!

Good luck!

any suggestions for how to make sturdy and (EASY) to make movement trays?

after hearing a rank must contain 5 figures to be allowed to gain rank bonus, i just realized all the old GW trays are obsolete for chaos since they use larger bases.

Plasticard cut just oversize with a cheap modeling putty frame/boarder. Base as rest of army. Quick, cheap, easy!
