Hi all,
here's the first mini of my hive, my Flyrant from FW.
I actually finished the rest of the army too, but I have to take photos of them all

Hope you like him...if so, stay tuned for more

Greetings,
Capt E.

It looks good. I can't make up my mind if I like the green wings or not, but no matter. Keep 'em coming Tyranids look best in hords IMO.

I like it, has an almost mutated insect look about it.

I am liking the colors.
The bases are totally brutal, and rad,

however, I think that on the lictor, you should remove some of the static grass, since it pretty well blocks out the model.
Also, you should think about shortening the sign on the warriors base. It looks cool by itself, but will look a little out of place with the rest of the army. Also I sure people you play against will raise a fuss about one of your raveners being what looks like a fex tail.

For the most part, though, you got yoursself a pretty rad army

i really like the scheme, the colors work very well together. awesome basing as well.

some fairly eyecatching conversions too

overall, an outstanding looking army so far. thx for sharing and looking forward to more.

Nice work.
Good scheme well executed.

Love the grassy lictor base.

One suggestion for the tail beast/ravener would be to add some claws disappearing. That would sell it for me!

Keep it up and keep us posted.

Oli: Can I be an orc?
Everyone: No.

Excellent work. Well painted in a good colour scheme on some nifty bases. I'll be keeping an eye out for more pics for inspiration for my Tyranid army which is still at the basecoat stage.
