I just spent the night assembling an Ork Battlewagon (I own a game shop, I was sent a preview copy) and the Power Kalw operator is missing. Either it was left off the sprues, or someone stole it. We had the box open for a few days so people could look at the sprues.

Has anyone else had the chance to put one together yet and run into this problem?

PS the Battle Wagon is a dream to put together, the pieces fit together really well. Much better than the Drop Pod.

Meh really could be either way depending on your customer base and how well your staff pays attention to their job. Either way your probably sol at this statge of the game though. GW rarely ( as of a few years ago anyways) has "extras" of the preview stuff they send out to replace missing bits as that is all they would do is send you a whole new kit ( cheaper than feriting out the missing sprue if you can believe it) Besides the fact that it due out in a few weeks. You can always contact your rep, maybe some one in the office did not use that bit, but your more likely to hear "Its a Ork wagon, not all of them have to look alike" or some thing to that affect.

Cry Havoc and let slip the dogs of war!
