Well I kind of moved near Toronto, actually.

I like this list.
Only two scoring units but everything else is awesome. The Land Raider either rushes or sits in cover. Brings Lascannons.
Two scoring units is a bit less in missions with 3 to 5 objectives, since clearing objectives via shooting is difficult to achieve (thanks to cover saves and the 'going down' rule).

They can combat squad if they have to. Think of it as a challenge  .
Besides it fits the points nicely.
400 points in Dev squads is maybe not the best choice given their lack of mobility. But there is two reinforced cover areas to compensate.

Indeed, you can consider this as a challenge.
400 points in Dev squads is maybe not the best choice given their lack of mobility.
The Dev's will be the last being shot. Therefore, you could take 2 squads of 6 Marines.
