If I wanted to theme an Eldar force around the idea that the entire army followed the
troupe around, how fancy would I have to get on the non-Harlequin units?

I'd like for it to fit my current Eldar army, which consists of iceworld type basing.

Thanks for any advice. Note: I'm not a greenstuffer or an accomplished converter, so
anything that starts to tip towards hacking model A to kitbash model B would be...a bit

definately find a nice ice camo scheme imo
ontop of the snow base, maybe use some hacked up
plastic frame pieces and paint them up as alien
ice crystals.

Checker board designs and laughing/sad faces painted on the guardian helmets are really the most you would have to do. Wacky color schemes at odd angles would help as well (like having legs be different colors and so on).

Masks on the guardian helmets, I can do. I'm also capable of clown facing any
unmasked Guardians I choose to do.

I'm a bit wary of checkers. I haven't had much experience with that.
