Well I kind of moved near Toronto, actually.

Anyone ever play a chess variant, this looks interesting. I myself actually suck at chess I would call myself beginner-intermediate with no real interest in getting better. But you never know.

There a dozen or so variants listed, most of which were developed in the last 5 or 6 years. I do not know the history past that.

I don't know if you've seen it but Shuuro was released recently, by Alessio of GW.

Heard a few good things about it but haven't played myself. Haven't played regular chess for years either.
