I'm having a hard time interpreting this. Would a unit with Rapid Fire weapons be able to shoot after being moved with Lash of Submission?

For example,

My DP Lashes a unit of Fire Warriors. He moves the Fire Warriors and they pass their Pinning test. Since they moved and are carrying Rapid Fire weapons, would they be able to shoot on their turn? Or, would they have to fail their Pinning test to be denied shooting?

Only the movement in your own turn counts for your shooting.
