Looks good so far. My plague tower is also based on a baneblade, only it's an old armorcast one. Darn useful that thing is.

just kidding. im just thankful that the plague tower got a rules revamp so we can run one again. i built one quickly from a siege tower and some clay for a recent mega battle and it performed VERY well. i like your planking and boiler details. i just went with the old skool look cuz thats how i remember them from epic, heres a pic of mine:
