Well months ago I was on my first lousy attempt at making a wazdakka and now after seein what some other people have done with just some simple conversions I am here.

At first I wanted to include this in the defkopta contest but with the holidays being busy I had no time to even think.

just remember this started with the defkopta as a base and using some truk parts and a few misc peices that are orky here we go..

and the dakka guns were used from the dark angels bike sprue.

temporarily I have a plastic flight rod holding it up in the position it will be in once I glue it in place.

this one is a side close up of the kustom blaster

And I still have a little mold line clean up to do before priming him.

Dynamic and Orky without looking cluttered. Great use of parts from multiple sources. Looking forward to seeing this one finished.

I tried a bits swap Waz using the chainsaw as his power klaw and a DA assault cannon on the front of his bike between two shootas (tried to follow the limited view in the artwork). But it just looks like a tarted up Nob biker.

Yours manages to capture those details that make him unique and have a beefed up bike to suite his character too. Well done.

Nice use of parts. It's a tad long for my tastes, being a real world sportbike rider anything approaching a chopper offends my sensibilities.

Like the others I'm looking forward to seeing this painted. Very dynamic pose!

Very nice. Take this as a compliment - it doesn't look like a conversion. You've done such a good job, that it looks more like a stock model than a kitbash, and that's a good thing.

Could you take a picture of it next to an Ork Boy? From the pictures we're looking at it looks huge! But huge awesome.

Looks very good, well converted, great use of parts.

If I were to make a Wazdakka (which I am someday soon) I probably wouldn't have the pose like that, I would go for a more rigid setup. Still, it's a great model, excellent work.

You've obviously not seen what people are doing with Busa's then..

Twister, do you have a parts list that you used for that baby? I'm curious as to what items you used and where. My eyes don't work as well as they did when I was younger and it's hard to make some of them out.

Seconding the need for flaming skulls. It would be perfect.

I think the skulls poles look wierd or naked. Maybe put some of the barbed wire stuff around them.

It's a nice conversion, the only thing that jumped out at me as a bit funny was the ork bikers position compared to what the bikes doing, seems he should be either leaning back and down towards the ground to show he is just starting that position he has the bike in or the other way around to balance it out.

I'm probably being overly picky but just the way he's sitting doesn't seem to fit the way you want the bike positioned.

Interceptor Drones can disembark at any point during the Sun Shark's move (even though models cannot normally disembark from Zooming Flyers).

Well my green stuff skills are not to good and i didn't have any flagelant torches to work with so I though I would take a diffferent approach with the skulls. l

he is primmed and ready to paint but that means nothing on my table. tonight will be his first game.

No... I *have* seen the extended swingarms and such. At that point the Busa ceases to be a Sportbike and becomes something else.

Not everyone has the same opinion. I'm not arguing with you, just saying that because you have a "closed" opinion of what is sportbike and what is not, doesn't make a busa cease to be a busa.. Yeah, it's not stock, I'll agree to that, but honestly, if you look like you are flying when you are riding, you are in the wrong pose.. Long Live cruisers.. lol
