Laying siege to the Temple of Pecans.

I threw this guy in the gallery while ago.

I brought him here so people could voice their thoughts. I could always use advice and s. I know its just a copy of GW's Gazghkull, but I feel I did a pretty solid job on it anyways. If anyone wants to know something about how I painted it or whatever, speak up.

Don't care for the horns, but that's moreso about the model. When I built mine, he went with no horns. Great paintjob for a great model.

Thank you and I do agree. A little conversion work could spice him up a bit.

Yeah the horns are really wonkey. They just feel out of place and were odd to glue to the model. Still managed to get 'em on though.

People tend to be WAY to complimentary about paintwork in these forums, so good words mean very little, but this is a solid paintjob.

Really, it's good enough that the photo would have to be better to give any more constructive criticism.

Maybe a bit more work on the metal of the Klaw? Looks sorta flat?

Somewhere in south-central England.

Several photos from different angles would give a better idea of the overall model.

The horns like fine to me. I don't know what Ghazzghull looks like. This model looks like a nice, big, nasty ork lord and is well painted.

Details like dirtiness, chipping and weathering are personal preferences, in my opinion.

I'm writing a load of fiction. My latest story starts here... This is the index of all the stories...

We're not very big on official rules. Rules lead to people looking for loopholes. What's here is about it.

Did mine up with the horns and one broke off and lost during moving. Took off the other one, and now I like the model even more.

I second the above, the eyes would look better either red or yellow. Maybe a little more shading or something on the klaw, but other than that looks great. Keep up the good work.

Yeah the base it came with was warped, but it wasn't that big of a deal to me.

I've been trying to take multiple pictures of other things I've done but the pictures are too fuzzy. The problem is my camera is partially broken as it is stuck in "stabilization" mode. And I'm a bit short on cash to drop a few $100 on a new one just yet. I'll figure something out though.
