It's definatly a start. as for suggestions....

1> Archon or Dracon where is he? These models Kick some serious tail, give them a retinue of Incubi and watch Marine assault squads run for the hills.

2> Ravagers either need all disintegrators or all Dark Lances don't mix them up. Personaly i like disintegrators, as I prefer to keep my anti tank in Dark Lance warrior squads.

3> Also not a big fan of Mandrakes, They have some cool rules but they are only str 3 toughness 3 with crap armor, and no special weapons, You'll get far more use out of wyches

You have some very unusual selections and a nicely fluffy Haemonculus Coven already, so it's probably worth considering updating your army with some "usual suspects" from the top tier.

In other words, I'm advising you on the very best builds you can have for DE in terms of gaming efficiency, not fluff or theme so much.

HQ: you need an Archon (SF/CDs/PGs + Either an Agoniser/pistol, or RJB Punisher/Tormentor Helm)
6 attacks on the charge, the CDs will be well worthwhile the foot archon can take advantage of the 12" assault drug (so he's technically *quicker* than a lord on jetbike!) while the Reaver archon kills MeQ on 2+... This can be a Dracon in smaller games.

Incubi are expensive but are gfreat fun vs MeQ. If I want Incubi I generally run a double HQ so I wind up with an independent tooled Archon with the Shadowfield (either version), and a much tamer Dracon (Just give him agoniser, pistol, and grenades) to lead a squad of 5 or 6 Incubi in a raider.

Elite: Wyches, point for point one of the best assault units in the game and *ideal* for taking on an enemy character. Succubus with Agoniser, take 2 blasters and use a raider. Sometimes I take two squads - they atre simply awesome!

Taking a unit of those gives you access to the awesomely cost-efficient warp beast pack.

Troops: in fifth edition you need more than 2 troop squads... I typically aim for at least 5 troop squads in my DE (and even for 1200 pt games!)
The big type your missing is a tooled raider squad: up to 10 warriors, splinter canoon,, blaster, Sybarite with Agoniser on a DL Raider.

I'd have 2 like that and add a 2nd sniper squad (10 warriors, 2 DLs) to your army.

Reaver jetbikes - you need more... Im sure you already know how ridiculously fragile a 3 bike squad is, especially with all the upgrades adding much to it's cost. If I pay for a punisher succubus I want her to be used in more than one melee, so build then up to 6+ (and sometimes pair up with a similar Reaver Archon.)

Hellions are fun but are a specialist - you dont really need more interesting units like these if your looking for an efficient build.

Heavy:
You already have 1 Ravager, probably the enxt Heavy Id suggest would be a 2nd Ravager. 1 DL and 2 Disintegrators is a perfectly acceptable build. I do advocate trialling Night shields for Ravagers - a friend swears by them (and he came 2nd in a GT using DE)

A Talos(or 2) is fun for the Haemonculus army particularly when you have a pair jumping out the webway portal!

Forget Scourges.

Choosing the units I outlined and being prepared to drop your Haemonculi, Grotesques, and Mandrakes, will see this nmove from a difficult to win with niche army it currently is to a fully fledged competitive tournament army with tools enough to meet the onslaught at a competitive tourney and succeed.

Good luck!

Thanks for the advice
basicly it goes along the lines of get a dark eldar lord, another boxed set of warriors, 2-3 new raiders and a squad of witches.
i kind of like grotesques so i'll keep them but the mandrakes are going.

You also might want to give up on the idea of a webway portal. Once your opponent knows you have one, you can bet the units carrying are going to come under alot of fire fast. Even haemonculi with grotesques isnt a reliable solution anymore. Several of my friends and I used to run WWP armies almost exclusively, but 5th ed true line of sight rules have made it far to risky to be reliable.

Also to echo regarding the jetbike comment, if you run a small squad, forget the succubus and just use em as tank hunters, otherwise increase the size of the squad

If you want more hand to hand, get an archon and pick up wytches. Both are extreamly powerful. You also can't to wrong with having either (or both) flying around in a raider. It's fast and it's open topped so you can jump out the front and assault. Don't forget to pack on the dark lances. BS4 is your friend.

For more ranged punch, ravagers loaded out with all the same weapon (I favor disintegrators since they allow you to move and shoot). The other option is to just pack in more warrior squads with dark lances in raiders with lances. You deploy the warriors on foot (or have them jump out as soon as they come in) and then have both units start lighting up (or would darkening be a more appropreate verb here) the enemy.

Threads should be like skirts: long enough to cover what's important but short enough to keep it interesting.

The list is not really competitive.
To fix this, I'd take 2x10 Grotesques in Raiders each of which accompanied by a Haemonculus.
The units will definitely survive if the Raiders go down.

Then you need some fire support units, like 3x10 Warriors with 2x darklances, 3x100 pts. Cheap and effective.

Ravagers are also great fire support units.

Remember that small Jetbike units don't cut. Large Warrior squads with splinter cannons are not really a must-have.

In the land of milk and honey

Nice to see more DE armies out there, I recently started playing DE and I am loving them. Now to work, I may be echoing some pointers but here we go. For the Haemo's and the Grots, not a bad HQ option, alot of fun ways to tool up those haemo's but with the Grots special FNP rule i like to use them better as a screen for foot slogging warriors. I feel that them soaking up the enemies heavy fire power then them shooting your raiders better worth their points imo. Having them in a raider will get them up into combat, but if you want them for CC, i think you will find incubi or wyches better for the job. How ever i have used a Haemo tooled up with 9 tooled up man raider squad with horrorfex and have gotten good results with a relative low point cost.

Reaver squad, like what others have said, if you want them for CC you need a full squad, if not i like to keep them cheap. a 3 man squad for either tank hunting for shredders for troop killing. I do use a 3 man squad w/ shredders to help out my wyche squads in raiders, if they are cheap, no biggie if they die, and they took some fire off my wyches. If they live they get a good turn to support your wyches. Trick is you can't have them go off by them self's, better to use them to help support.

Ravager not a bad set up, but slap a night shield on it, it will make the difference. And if you can get another one to add to the army even better.

Mandrakes yeah, not really worth it, better points spent else where.

Raiders in general i would (if you have them) use at least use 3 of them in a army. Other wise the one or two in the army will be easy targets and take all the fire power and most likely not make it. I love to use horrorfexs great buy for 5pts, but i keep them on the raider squads to help dwindle the squad down and help get that pin. other than that, i some times upgrade the raiders that have CC groups to disintegrators. Other upgrades are so so if you have spare points.

Webway portals are really tough to pull off now with the rules as stated. I would drop it imo.

Other than that i think others have put up what could be said. Troops are your friends, if your not going to run wyches i would play more warrior squads with sybarites and agonisers and have the HQ's roll with them. Bs 4 is GREAt, even if there is alot of Str 3 shots, there is still alot of shots and they will get some wounds.

If you need to get more models i would check out ebay for sure, alot of good deals on DE since they are not a popular army these days. Hope that helped GL. Feel free to get in touch with me if you want to see my army lists or some other ideas on running DE.
