I am not sure if this is in the right place for the forums, and if its not I apologize this is my first time posting.
I recently got into the hobby and started to play a Khorne Daemon army. I really enjoy this army, the only drawback is the bloodthirster model from GW. For me its the ugliest model in the Daemon army and I would hate to have to purchase it. I want a Greater Daemon in my army though, and I like the Bloodthirster's stats and since I play a Khorne army he would work out the best. My question here is what are some alternative models for the Bloodthirster that I could purchase, besides the gamesworkshop one. I saw the forgeworld one, however that is a little out of my price range. I would be willing to spend up to 75-80 bucks on the model. So what are some alternative websites and such that make a different model?
Any help would be appreciated.

these could be an alternative, and the chaos dragon would make for any count as greater daemon.

That Balrog model is cool, and with some conversion work it could look suitably Chaos oriented.
I'm starting to wonder if I can find an image of a converted one online.

Thanks for the links guys, I think I will end up using the balrog model, although the forgeword model does look amazingily sweet it just is not in my budget.

i agree, that heresy model is brilliant, but the balrog would be easier to convert (if you planned to do so)

Something else to consider is the Mcfarlane (sp) range of miniatures, the dragons are amazing and other ranges should provide some ideas

Yeah I found the Heresy Neatherlord I years back and bought one. The head which is the same as the fallen one was exactly "Legend" that was the selling point for me. Pretty sure the fallen one is at least as big as GWs current Blood Thirster.Thats a 40mm base he is on. He has to be at least as tall as a Killer can or sentinal.
