It depends on the rest of your army list of course. What are you going to use them for?

Hmm...you can have Nurgle Bikers which makes you have T6 bikers...tasty...

Khornate Bikers would be pretty sweet as well, especially if you're going for assaulting. Give the Lord a PFist or something of that sort.

Powerfist, 2xmeltaguns, icon for dropping the kids off at school!!!
Nurgle is probably the best mark for bikers but thats up to you!

Well, CSM Bikers are a mediocre unit. Non-scoring, too small and thus kill point issues.
An HQ on bike is more resilient but also dies from a single power fist wound.
I'd drop this thought.

If you want to make them work, I'd give those bikers with Chaos Lord either a Mark of Nurgle or a Mark of Tzeentch to keep them alive long enough to make it into assault. I'm personally favoring the second to stop the exact thing that wuestenfux was mentioning: death by power fist. It'll be an expensive unit but can still make an effective spearhead if you can keep them alive. Perhaps not as effective as, say, Chaos Raptors and a Daemon Prince..... but we're doing this for the "rule of cool" anyway.

2 Lords of Tzeentch on bikes with the squad make it very interesting. REamember you can peal of lords to start new combat or attach to lesser deamon squads that summoned off the host squad.

Also consider soem special weapons, maybe some combies for the lords.

They can be very good at clearing just about any infantry, and hit like a ton of bricks, plus they can summon lesser daemons. You can also pop a greater daemon of them, but I tend to like the powerfist on the aspiring champion.

Which mark is kinda tricky, but you have to give them something to make them fearless.

Another interesting thing to attach is a Slaanesh sorcerer on a bike. He obviously adds lash, and warp time.

Lash is a nasty combo to enhance the range of the bikers, especially with lesser daemons coming in. He can also swat characters with the force weapon.
