What are space wolf wulfen going for nowadays on e-bay or elsewhere....considering that GW doenst sell them anymore?

Since they're out of print (and will likely be rare until GW sells them again when the next SW codex comes out) - you should be able to sell them for the original MSRP outside of eBay (or close to it). Many people have said (on this forum) they discount things 30%, but it's really up to you. Effectively, they go for whatever you're willing to take for them.
