Howdy, all. For those of you who don't remember me, I've tried this once before. I've switched to Witchunters because they have the 'Crusader' henchmen, which are more suited to close combat. I'm thinking it'll be a little more successful this time 'round. My big concern at the 1000 point level is my lack of AT. However, I can hope that at the 1000 point level, they may not have much to shoot at. >.> This is a semi-themed army with the inclusion of the Inquisitor and Commissar. I've tried to make them less of a point-sink, though I might be convinced to give up the Commissar if I have to. My favorite unit in the whole of Warhammer 40k is the Independent Commissar. My original conception had the Inquisitor pegged at close to 300 points. -_-

My philosophy is somewhat (counter) assaulty. Also, no mecha. Yeah, yeah. I know. At the 1500 point level, I'll probably throw some in.

Broad idea- The Inquisitor, Commissar, and the Two JO's kitted up for assault perform counter-assault / assault tasks, followed by the two platoons who are Warrior-weaponed. The shooty elements... well, shoot. The Conscripts are in there, honestly, as cannon fodder / body count. The list is pretty vanilla, a "jumping point" mostly, to gather your input. Other than any major changes to the Inquisitor, I'm open to suggestion.

As far as the Doctrines, I took Drop Troops and Close-Order Drill because they were free. Not sure if they're practical. My first list, please be gentle.
