Dark Heresy is the pen and paper RPG done by Black Industries and Final Flight Games, the 40k MMO is as of yet a big unknown. Two pieces of concept art float around every now and then but other than that nothing is known about it. It has been hinted at that it will be something of a squad/company themed MMO game.

As of right now the 40K MMO is nothing but vapor ware, there is nothing to prove that it is or is not being created.

Wait for the release of Dawn of War 2, then we will begin hearing trickledown reports of progress. WAR had to be released before we began hearing about major news for DoW2 and DoW2 needs to come and go before we hear about the 40k mmo. GW and its partners are being very careful not to step on their own toes. I've heard nothing to indicate that the 40k MMO is no longer being produced, and given some of the big names on the project its doubtful that kind of news would be kept quiet long.

I'm not saying its not coming, all I am saying is that curently there is nothing to say it is being created other then a few out dated news "reports" and recycled concept art.
