I know the heading might be confusing but heres what i'm trying to say:
The world is in economic down turn and all business want to sell to keep going,and yet GW new site format/layout bugs me.You see before it wasn't so much of an online shop as it was (At least in my opinon)a online guide to wargamming but now that the site has changed(even though it is cool,and the new minis are awesome)it feels much more like a online shop ramming its products down my throat,I long for the days when the site was more about the hobby then selling.I guess what im saying is does it bother anyone else

All the site needs is more non-purchasing content. One of the web team came over here and explained a lot of that content would return. I don't know if it has or not.

Yeah, it sucks. You have to click ten times just to view anything, and it's annoying. The old UK sight was good.

the new site is terrible, SO many of the old articles are gone now all there is is HOW TO PAINT WHATEVER GAK WE JUST REALESED. quite frankly i think the site is concentrated BS.

I noticed that. I preferred the old UK site. It seems like there's less hobby content, and articles on the new site. It's more of a store, and less of a resource now. Needs must I suppose. They're closing branches, and sales is sales.
