can we get closer please

Hey, pretty nice. I like the weathering on some of the metal parts, and some of the hard-edged highlights are kind of cool. Overall though, I think the metal is a little too bright. Maybe hit it with some ink and dirty it up a bit more?

Also, you should upload these into the Dakka gallery.

any plans for the bases?

From what I can see, the blue hardedged highlighting on the black comes off a little too strong with red as a secondary color.

Perhaps try edging the black with grey? Just a suggestion.

Otherwise, though the pics are slightly blurry, they look very nice.

really motivates me to get going with the second troops choice

the hardedge highlights actually are grey, codex grey actually... i guess the flash of the camera and the rather bad focus on some of the pics are giving them this blueish tint.
i don't really know what to do about the bases yet...
normally i would keep it real simple... some sand, some tiny stones....

one question: how do i upload pictures to the dakka galerie?
i'll try to solve my camera issue while working on the next bunch ^^
