Maugen Ra & a 5man harlie squad with a death jester - havent even played tested this yet.
An autarch, farseer, 6man warlock squad, 2x embolden, 1x enchance, 3x destructer. Autarch has mandi-blasters, lance, fusion gun.
6str6 power attacks on charge, 21 witchblade attacks or 12 witchblade and 3 h.flamers.. a fusion gun for popping strong vechicles (witchblades for monolith if need be). Increase no. of warlocks & go crazy.
10man wraithguard, warlock, enchance. Farseer, fortune. Council with farseer screening. 1-2x wraithlord as added ranged support.
9 war walkers, a couple squads of outflanking (with shadowstrike) in dedicated transports with two autarchs. Add in some spyders too for kicks.
Just some ideas for you. Refer to rage winds very comprehensive tactic for lots more accurate detail.

Well, mech Eldar is no longer top tier.
I'd take a hammer & anvil army with Farseer, Avatar, large Harlie squad, two Guardian units walking in the Avatar's fearless bubble, DA squad in Serpent, and 2 Wraithlords, 3 Warwalkers.
