Posted on my blog but I think I'll put it here just for you to decide if it's worthy background for my big Snakebite boss

Da Cannibull pt 1

Durk Orkamma is a well known and well feared Ork Warboss from the Ork world of Hades V, his story and his legend are as long and twisted as he is tall and his mind is... well... twisted.

Orkamma started his Waaagh!!!ing under the command of the Prophet of the Waaagh!!! himself, Gazghkull Thraka. Renowned for his size and strength, Durk rose through the ranks quickly until he was counted as one of Gazghkull's toughest Warbosses and Warlord of Hades V, biting off limbs at the slightest provocation.
Orkamma was respected and feared by the rest of the Goff clan, but that wasn't enough, he wanted to be respected and feared by all of Orkdom, so it was then that Durk ran away, over the hills, slaughtering as he went. Durk had been journeying for two days and two nights when, by the light of the stars and moon of Hades V, Orkamma sneaked into an Ork settlement under command of rival Warboss Thug Smegead and slaughtered everyone inside, going so far as to even eating Smegead and his bodyguard (He was hungry after all that walking and mucking about!) earning him the title of Da Cannibull.

Orkamma then scavenged everything he could find, took a couple of Grot "Orderlies", boarded a stolen Trukk that was just lyin' there (waste not, want not) and took off.
For a whole year Orkamma pillaged settlements around Hades V, taking loot, machinery and slaves everywhere he went. After the year was up he had amassed quite a following, nearly five hundred boyz (most forced to follow the deranged Warboss) and quite a collection of junk.
It was at the end of the first moon of the new year that Orkamma gathered together his Meks and Grot slaves and told them to build him a ship. Working nonstop for weeks the Meks eventually created a ship large enough to carry all his boyz and warmachines to nearby planets to bring down the Waaagh!!!, Durk dubbed it da Wild Squig.

Orkamma's Waaagh had not gone unnoticed, Inquisitor Dune had had her eyes on the planet and the Ork population for a long time now and here patience was wearing thin, Gazghkull's Waaagh!!! had made it immensely difficult to launch any sort of attack, and a sizable Adeptus Mechanicus mining facility had removed the option of Exterminatus, but she knew neither Orkamma or his army could be let to leave the planet.
A short time after Orkamma's ship was completed Dune thought it best to launch an attack before the ship was launched.
With her authority she gathered an army of conscripts and a company of the Sons of Vergus chapter and began planetary assault.
For an hour the sky burnt with the contrails of screaming Drop Pods and landing ships, the Emperors light will be brought to the planet, no matter the cost.

Once I wright part 2 I'll put it up on my blog (http://fortressofthegoon.blogspot.com/ by the way) or if this thread is still afloat, post it here aswell!
Basically he "crash" lands, badly, on whatever planet my Snakebites are from (Haven't had an idea yet), his crew dead, he decides he should lead those lousy wildboyz. He then kits them out with stolen Goff stuff and, bang, theres my army background XD
