I hope this is fairly easy to fix, but can we get plurals or automatically include the singular form.
I'm sure I never think about typing Ork vs Orks but obviously searches should catch both.

Are there any wargaming related terms where the plural is more than just an added -s?
edit: is it important if I write iwth capital letters while tagging the images?

Good questions guys.
1) When it comes to multiple spellings and/or pluralization of a tag each one is considered separately in the system. However, we have the ability on the back-end to go in and combine tags together so that any searches made for either instance will bring up the same result. In other words, can tell the system that "obliterator" and "obliterators" (or even "chaos obliterators") are all the same thing and any searches made for any of those things will turn up images tagged with all three.
One of these tags is given the 'master tag' status by me, and from then on any pictures tagged with any of these instances will display only the master tag. So if I've merged the three tags above into the master tag 'obliterators' then if you then tag an image as 'obliterator' or 'chaos obliterators' it will then appear onscreen as just 'obliterators' because this is now the 'master' tag.
This is a manual process however. I do sort through the list every now and then looking for pluralities and/or misspellings that need to be merged together but we do have an impressively long list of tags right now so it always helps me if you notice that two tags that should be merged together are still behaving separately in the system. So posting anything funky you notice about tags here in the Nuts & Bolts forum is perfect.
FYI, "obliterator" and "obliterators" were currently merged together at this time of writing under the master tag of "obliterators" however when checking on this I did notice that we had "Obliatorator" in there as well as a separate tag, so I also merged that into the "obliterators" master tag.
2) The system automatically capitalizes the first letter of every word (and nothing else) so you don't need to bother with capitalization at all. And if a word should contain more capitals, like "AT-43" for example, you can let me know in this forum and I am manually able to change the capitalization of tags behind the scenes.
Thanks again, and if you've got any other questions about tags, post 'em here!

Another I just noted - Fallen Angel vs Fallen Angels
Also right now 40k Second Edition is being changed to Second Edition, can we make 40k second edition the default? A lot of games have a second edition.

ok I'll sort these out now. They should be updated across the site within an hour or so (it takes a while for the cache to update). edit: I'm not so sure about 2nd edition, loads of images have been tagged with '2nd edition' meaning '40k second edition', but I dont see any general 2nd edition images just yet. It would probably be easier to treat second edition as 40k second edition, and any other second edition as the game specific second edition (thanks to the prominence of 40k in the gallery).
