Hi all,
I know that this is a random request, but does anyone here know about the gaming scene in Dublin?
The girlfriend and I are looking at running the Dublin Marathon : Monday 27th October 2008, and we will probably be spending the rest of the week in the city.
I was just wondering if there were any good gaming stores in the city? (the G/f Will want to shop and i need something to do!)
Also any recommendations as far as bars/restaurants/ things to do would be appreciated. (other than the Guinness storehouse that is on the list for Sunday)

Good luck in the dublin marathon, I did it in 2006, very enjoyable, once it was over anyway

You should check out Models Inc on Dorset Street. It's 5 minutes walk from the very centre of Dublin. GW and Privateer Press games, friendly staff, and a dozen or so 6x4 tables.

could always go to the GW dublin store... its right accross from a shirt vender... I am ashamed to say it was one of my stops when I was there 2 years ago : (
