That is an excellent looking vehicle. I'm assuming its roughly the same footprint of a GW Leman Russ?

The only complaint I'd have is a lack of not-Plasma gun option, but I'm sure I could jury rig something up.

Definitely on my radar, especially if there's more in a similar vein to come, say for not-chimeras and not-basilisks or not-manticores.

Very cool though, resin looks super crisp.

Yes

Other weapon options will be made available in due time

Plans for both have already begun

Thank you!

Omg Mad, confirming plans to produce a line of tanks that follow this theme and are great stands in has made my day! The Gideon looks magnificent so I can only excitedly wait for the others! Awesome job

The enemies of Mankind may employ dark sciences or alien weapons beyond Humanity's ken, but such deviance comes to naught in the face of honest human intolerance back by a sufficient number of guns.

If you will be making not-chimeras, will there be any chance of wheeled not-chimeras? Especially ones that can be converted to make wheeled not-hellhounds?

Though guards may sleep and ships may lay at anchor, our foes know full well that big guns never tire.

We'll see what happens with the next designs. I invested a pant-load into the side pieces of the tank so I was hoping to use those as the base for building new/variant hulls.

Still a ways off, but if someone wants to get creative with a pencil, let's see some design ideas

You mean other vehicles, re-using the side bits from the Gideon (track and wheels and mudguards and hull sides)? An APC not-Chimera version would seem very doable, for starters. Could also be good for counts-as marine vehicles, e.g. a not-Vindicator.

@Clang: Correct, the middle hull is built like a shell that fits between the 2 sides. I can easily make changes to that, widen it or lengthen it, to make it into an APC or mobile artillery platform. As far as other uses...that is up to the end user

Tank looks ace, but $85 is just way too rich for my blood.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Don't get me wrong, I want 20 of them, just maybe for a bit less. I'd even be willing to pay a premium to a certain megacorporate competitor.

That two-handed side arm is awesome!

Is it safe to assume it is comprised of two arm bits and a separate pistol?

@darktraveller: afraid not, it's all one piece. But the gun is trimable to replace if you like.

Even better! I sometimes struggle with three-point bonds so having that arm set as one piece will save some frustration. Well done!
