Who the heck is "Skag"? I have this GW figure with a dwarf wielding a two-handed axe over his left shoulder. Nice figure, really. The base slotta says "Skag" on one side and "GW 1996" on the other. Never heard of him, tho'.

And I also have a nice White Dwarf. He's weilding his massive two-headed axe in a two-handed swing over his left shoulder, clearly intending to cut some daemon in the kneecap. His base says "The White Dwarf" and "GW '96" on the back. Wasn't there some big history about this dwarf? I know the magazine is named after him, but can't remember anything else, except that he appears and magically helps dwarfs when they're in need possibly. Or that could be another dwarf, uncertain how it goes.

Any discussion about either the figures or the fluff behind them welcomed.

The White Dwarf figure came free with WD #200 in the UK, if you can track that down it might have fluff and WFB4/5 rules for him
