as stated in my title the aim of this thread is to find out what the chaos primarchs actually look like in the current 40k cannon/timeperiod and what they are doing

my reason for asking is im tempted to make models of each of them

Basicly:
Lorgar: Daemon Prince
Alpharius: Dead. Maybe. Roboute Guilliman probably killed him but even the ultrasmurfs aren't sure.
Fulgrim: Daemon Prince after being possessed by his own sword...
Perturabo: Daemon Prince.
Konrad Curze: Dead.
Angron: Daemon Prince, came out the warp to party in the 1st war for Armageddon, presumebly went back afterwards.
Mortarion: Daemon Prince.
Magnus of Prospero: Daemon Prince.
Horus: Dead, obviously.

So all the Chaos Primarchs are basicly dead or Daemon Prince-ized.

EDIT: lexicanium doesnt have any pictures of daemon versions of 2 of the primarchs and most of the pictures are pretty vague.
does anyone know of any other sites?

The "HH:visions of..." books have some pics of the deamonized traitor-prim archs.

Maybe there is no pic because those demon-princes never leave the demon-world ?
Or they are soo obssessed with their work, simply locking themselves away from the so-called legions?

Look for pictures from the 40k card games. I know there was a nice picture of Mortarion, maybe you'll find the other guys there too.

Fulgrim, Angron, Mortarion and Magnus all had Epic models representing them. They can all be found with all Google image search.

OOooOOOoooOOO thats a good idea. Hopefully you can get some stuff down cause when I use to play chaos I always wondered what they looked like. Also If pics are still vague try and consider what the legion was suppose to be used as, and then take logical steps in that direction.

from what i can understand, angron is just some huge blood thirster daemon prince thing with an axe and sword (and alot of brass armour).
fulgrim had big feathery wings and a long serpantine lower body.
magnus has HUGE red hair and other than that the pictures arnt too great on showing daemonic features.
lorgar is what seems to be a very large generic daemon prince with a staff bearing the sign of chaos undivided.
and pertuabo is basicly a huge obliterator daemon thing.

Magnus is supposed to have one big eye and gnarly red hair, hence the name 'Magnus the Red.' He's also supposed to be bigger than your grandma.

Mortarion is basicly supposed to look like a cross between the grim reaper and an emaciated corpes (wich is sort of the same thing),long tatterd hooded robe,scyth,etc.
I for some reason however always picture him as a insane cross between Buddah and The Fly.

guys, cruze might not be dead. check lexicanium. it saysthat the tape does not show him dead or alive.

It also says he wanted to die, so if he didnt get killed by the assasin then he would have found another way to kill himself, or shoot himself into deep space.

I think he specifically wanted to be killed by the Emperor.

He foresaw the Emperor killing him, and he justified his treason with this.

He needed to be killed by the Emperor to make it right; "death is nothing compared to vindication."
