Not bad I seems to lack focus for me so here are just a few things:

1) To many tyrant guard. If your going to use them I suggest just using 2. (saving you 45 pts.)

2) W/out Number gaunts work better in small unit sizes (i.e. 14-16) since your going to be getting them back anyway why spend all the extra points. Doing this will also give you 144 extra points (assuming 14)

3) I'm not a huge VC/BS Carni fan but some people swear by them so i'll leave them alone but i'd rather run the BS/ST.

4) I'd drop the lictors, unless you've found a way to get your points back for them i'd seriously suggest just leaving them at home as the new counter attack move means they are going to die against most squads they attack.

5) With the points you save i'd seriously consider investing in one of the following:

-2 squads of 6 warriors w/+1 ST and deather spitters.

-1 Squad of 6 warriors w/+1 St and death spitters and another stealer squad.

-1 Squad of 6 warriors w/+1 St and death spitters, a bs/st or dakka carnifex and another squad of gaunts (terma or devourer are both good for me)

Any of the above options will increase your synapse (which you need w/this many gaunts) and over all killiness of your army while trimming a bit of the fat. Just some thoughts.
