I want to make a bike army and I am looking at a Command squad on bike for my Chaplin on bike and would like to dual lightning claw them. Any idea how to model dual claws on bike.

Thanks

YO DAKKA DAKKA!

The idea of a lightning claw is a power weapon with multiple blades - always pierces armour, has an even better than average chance of getting the soft stuff underneath.

Hence you just need multiple blades. Some sort of Wolverine-o'er'back'o'thehand deal would suffice. On that note, there is at least one plastic power fist out there that can convincingly grip a SM bike handlebar, so if it was modelled onto the back of that... you've half solved it!

Or, model big power scythes onto the bike itself, leaving the character's hands free to steer a bike as normal.

That is what I was going to suggest, Roman style.

Another way would maybe have them come out of the forearms, like on the Batsuit maybe.

Or you can model one of the claws holding onto the bars, and the other ready to slice and dice.

Even GW has stated, Lightning claws are retractable. So with that in mind, you can model a character with one claw out, and the other hand retracted so he can drive

Er, Chaplains cannot take command squads (assuming you are using Codex: Space Marines).

Anyway why would you want to change his equipment, a Chaplain is just fine the way he comes?

Better yet give him a jump pack and stick him in a Vanguard squad!

Can't he ride his bike with no handlebars?

No handlebars...

No handlebars...

But seriously, it would look cool. Although it seems strange to me because I always think of the chaos lightning claws, but what if he just had both hands balled up into fists raised up? Wheelie-ing bike is optional.
