Just a small list from what I like to call the "face eater" school of thought. The rhino charges ahead and disgorges one squad to tie up the main enemy unit, while the other squad sticks by the lord and they catch up the following turn. Meltabombs to deal with armor, plasma pistols and power swords to deal with power-armored loons. Flesh Tearers because they're loads of fun to model and have great fluff, Chaos Codex because... well... read the fluff and you'll understand. Let the C&C fly!

Im not the best player out there but here is my input:

You need more units at 750 points.

If the other guy manages to immobilize your rhino and has fast units you are in big trouble since your effective range is 12".

Also since you have no ranged firepower you can get shoot up the first turns a lot and you give the opponent a lot of freedom of how to place his units.

Plasma pistols = bad idea.

You're spending over 100 points on them, in a 750 point list. That's a big no-no.

Drop them all. Drop a 'Zerk from one of the squads, and have the Lord ride with them in a Rhino. Both the squads should have Rhinos, neither Rhino should have Extra Armor.

An unmounted squad won't "catch up" to a Rhino-rushed squad the following turn. Typically, they'll show up one or two turns later.

Yeah, I was starting to figure as much with the plasma pistols, and I'll work on mechanizing them. Before I post a new list though, I have to figure out where I made my 30-point foible...

Liking the list... everything mounted or flying. I was a little ridiculous with all the plasma, and I like the idea of keeping everything moving at the same pace. However, the flesh tearers are a loyalist (sorta) chapter that just happens to love assault almost to the point where they're gonna go khornate. People use the CSM codex for them because the berzerker entry makes a lot of sense for their vets. So unfortunately no daemon princes (though I LOVE the model). Decided 750pts was lame and started a new list at 1000pts.
